AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING AND WAIVING REAR YARD SPACE REQUIREMENTS
LOTS 12 2, 3, 4, 9, 102 11 and 12, BLOCK EIGHT (8), INTERCITY ADDITION
TO THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS; AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 5420 AS
AMENDED, AND FOR OTHER PURPOSESt
BE IT ORDLINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKAMAS:
SECTION 1. That Lots 1, 2, 3, 4, % 10, 11, and 12.. Block 8,
Intercity Addition to the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, being between
33rd and 34th Street on Mapelvale Pike, heretofore classified and zoned
as "C" Two - Family District under the terms of Zoning Ordinance No. 5420,
is hereby rezoned and reclassified and the same is hereby declared to be
in "D" Apartment District under the terms of said Zoning Ordinance, and
a waiver of rear yard space requirements is hereby granted.
SECTION 2. That Ordinance No. 5420 and the Zoning Map thereto
attached and made a pent thereof, are hereby amended to permit the re-
classification and rezoning of Lots 1, 29 3, 4, 91 101, 14 and 12,
Block 8, Intercity Addition to the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, as
outlined in Section 1 hereof; said property to be hereafter known and
classified as being in "D" Apartment District and with rear yard space
requirements waived as provided in Section 1 hereof.
SECTION 3. That this ordinance shall take effect and be in force
from and after its passage.
