AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING $182.94 FROM THE GENERAL
FUND OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK TO PAY THE LITTLE
ROCK SCHOOL BOARD FOR WIT•TWW BREAKAGE IN SCHOOL
BUILDINGS DURING THE SUMMER PLAYGROUND SEASON OF
1949, AT TD FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE
ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION There is hereby appropriated from the
General Fund of the City of Little Rock the sum of One
Hundred Eighty -Two Dollars and Ninety Four Cents ($182.94)
to be paid to the Little Rock School Board for window
breakage in school.buildings during the summer playground
season of 1949.
SECTION 2. The proper catty officials are hereby
authorized and directed to exeaute such instruments_
may be necessary in order to carry out the provisions of
this ordinance.
SECTION 3. All ordinances and parts of ordinances
in conflict herewith are hereby repealed, and this or-
dinance shall be in full force and effect front and after
its passage and approval.
