AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 1 OF ORDINANCE N0,
7704 BY PROVIDING THAT FIVE MEMBERS OF THE PLANN-
ING COMMISSION SHALL CONSTITUTE A QUORUP±, AND FOR
OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE
ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That Section 1 of Ordinance No. 7704 is
herebv amended as follows:
Five (5) members shall constitute a quorum.
SECTION 2. All ordinances and parts of ordinances
in conflict herewith are hereby repealed, and this or-
dinance shall be in full force and effect from and after
its passage and approval.
