ORDINANCE NO. 8158
AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE BOARD OF
PUBLIC AFFAIRS TO ADVERTISE, TAKE BIDS FOR, AND
SELL CERTAIN SURPLUS PROPERTY, AND FOR OTHER PUR-
POSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS :
SECTION 1. The Board of Public Affairs is hereby
authorized and directed to advertise, take bids, and sell
twenty -two (22) circulating heating stoves, the same having
been declared surplus and are of no further use and benefit
to the City of Little Rock.
SECTION 2. All ordinances and parts of ordinances in
conflict herewith are hereby repealed, and this ordinance,
shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage
and approval.
