AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 30 OF
THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS, PROVIDING FOR A
DEFERRAL OF MASTER STREET PLAN HALF -
STREET IMPROVEMENTS FOR THE MCMURRY
SUBDIVISION LOCATED ON ARCH STREET PIKE
AT VINSON ROAD
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE
ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That Chapter 30 of the Code of Ordinances be amended to provide for a
deferral of certain requirements within the Master Street Plan for McMurry Subdivision
preliminary plat located on the west side of Arch Street Pike at Vinson Road.
Subsection a. That Chapter 30 Article VI requiring developers to construct half -
street improvements to the requirements of the Master Street Plan be deferred for
two lot preliminary plat to allow development of a Dollar Store. The specific
deferral is for five years or until adjacent property develops on Arch Street.
Subsection b. Right -of -way dedications for both lots are to be dedicated by the
platting of the lots to the principal arterial standard of 55' from centerline.
SECTION 2. This ORDINANCE shall take effect thirty (30) days from and after its
passage.
