AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING LOTS ELEVEN AND TWELVE, BLOCK SEVENTEEN,
R. C. BUTLER'S ADDITION TO THE CITY CF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS, AMENDING
ORDINANCE NO. 5420 AS AMENDED; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BB IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That Lots 11 and 12, Block 17, R. C. Butlerts
Addition to the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, being 1+100 West 26th
Street, heretofore classified and zoned as "B" Residence District under
the terms of Zoning Ordinance No. 51+20, is hereby rezoned and reclassi-
fied and the same is hereby declared to be in "C" Two Family District
under the terms of said Zoning Ordinance.
SECTION 2. That Ordinance No. 5120 and the Zoning Map thereto
attached and made a part thereof,,are hereby amended to permit the re-
classification and rezoning of the said Lots 11 and 12, Block 17,
R. C. Butler's Addition to the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, as out-
lined in Section 1 hereof, said property to be hereafter known and
classified as being in the "C" Two Family District,
SECTION 3. That this ordinance shall take effect and be in
force from and after its passage.
