.SECTION 1. That 'Ot 13, Block 2, Youngls Park Addition to the ity
of Little Rock, Arkansas, being 2516 Grove Circle, heretofore classified
and zoned as "B" T'esidence District under the terms of Zonin!- Ordinance
No. 5420, is hereby rezoned and reclassified and the same is hereby
declared to be in ItC" Taro - Family District under the t arms of_said Zoning
Ordinance, and a waiver of front and rear yard space reo.iire °-ents is
hereby ;ranted.
SECTION 2. That Ordinance No. 5420 and the Zoning Map thereto
attached and made a part thereof, are hereby amended to permit the re-
classification and rezoning of Lot 13, .,clock 2, Young's ''ark Addition to
the City of Little '. -:ock, Ar?:ansas, as outlined in Section 1 hereof; said
prope.ty to be 1-ioreafter known and classified as being in "C" `.'wo- Tamily
