AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING THE SUM OF $22000.00 FROM THE
GENERAL FUND DRAG THE PARTS PURCH A
ED FOR P. & H. .
DEPARTI ENT OF
THE CITY, AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED B`_i THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. There is hereby appropriated from the General
Fund of the City of Little Rock the sum of $2,000.00 to pay for
the repair, including new parts, for P. & H. Drag Line used by
the Street Department of the City of Little Rock.
SECTION 2. The proper city officials are hereby authorized
and directed to execute such instruments as may be necessary to
carry out the provisions of this ordinance.
SECTION 3. All ordinances and parts of ordinances in con-
flict herewith are hereby repealed, and this ordinance shall be
in full force and effect from and after its passage and approval.
