AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING THE SUM OF $80.00
TO PAY THE EXPENSES OF TWO MEMBERS OF THE
LITTLE ROCK FIRE DEPARTMENT IN ATTENDING THE
FIFE DEPARTMENT INSTRUCTORS' ODNFERENCE IN
MEYPHIS, `TNNESSEE, AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. There is hereby appropriated from the
General Fund of the City of Little Rock the sum of
Eighty ($80.00) Dollars to pay the expenses of two (2)
members of the Little Rock Fire Department in attend-
ing the Fire Department Instructors' Conference in
Memphis, Tennessee from January 10, 1950 to January 13,
11)50.
SECTION 2. The proper city officials are hereby
authorized and directed to execute such instruments as
may be necessary in order to carry out the provisions
of this ordinance.
SECTION 3. All ordinances and parts of ordinances
in conflict herewith are hereby repealed, and this or-
dinance shall be in full force and effect from and
after its passage and approval.
