AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING VARIOUS SUMS OF MONEY FOR PAYMENTS OF
PRINCIPAL AND WWI- ANNOAL INTEREST AND PAYING AGENT'S CHARGES DUE
FEBRUARY 10, 1950 AND MARCH 1, 1950 ON VARIOUS CITY OF LITTLE ROCS
BOND ISSUES, AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS
SECTION 1. There is hereby appropriated out of the various
funds of the City of Little Rock the suns of money as herein recited
for payment of the Cityfs obligations on various bond issues due
February 1, 1950 and March 1, 1950 as follows:

SECTION 2. The Iiayor and the City Clerk are hereby
authorized to issue the Cityts warrants on the respective funds
and for the respective amounts herein mentioned; and the City
Clerk is hereby authorized to make such arrangements as are
diseessery for the transmittal of these funds to the proper pay-
ing agents to meet the due dates.
SECTION 3• This ordinance shall take effect and be in
force from and after its passage and approval.
