BE IT ORDAIITED BY ThE CITY COUNCIL OFTHE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
AFJWSAS :
SECTION 1. There is hereby created the position of Full
Time Helper to be enployed at the City Pound of the City of
Little Rock, and the nonthly salary to be paid the person
holding such position is hereby fixed at the sum of $140.00
per month.
SECTIOI? 2. The person chosen to fill the position creat-
ed in Section 1 hereof shall be selected by the Civil Service
Commission in the manner provided b;, law, and shall perform
such duties as the City Health Officer tray fron time to time
prescribe.
SECTION 3. All ordinances and parts of ordinances in
conflict herewith are hereby repealed, and this ordinance shall
be in full force and effect from and after its passage and
approval.
