AN ORDINANCE ACCEPTING THE ANNEXATION OF CERTAIN
TERRITORY TO THE CITY CF LITTLE ROCK, TriAKING SAID
ANNEXATION .A PART OF THE FIFTH VVARD, AND FOR OTHER
PURPOSES.
WHEREAS,
The Pulaski County Court by its order dated the 19th
day of December, 1949 annexed to the City of Little Rock
certain territory hereinafter described,
N OVI THEREF ORE ,
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE
ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That the territory annexed to the City
of Little Rock by the Pulaski County Court order on the
19th day of December, 1949, being more fully described as
follows, is hereby accepted, annexed to and rlade a part
of the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, and is hereby made
a part of the 5th Ward of said City:
A portion of Northwest Quarter (M4), Northeast
Quarter (NEW'), Section 36, T -2 -N, R -13 -W, includ-
ing Kavanaugh Place, Betswood Place, Paschal
Heights, and Blocks 3, 42 5, and 6 of Forest Park
Addition.
SECTION 2. All ordinances and parts of ordinances
in conflict herewith are hereby repealed, and this ordin-
ance shall be in full force and effect from and after its
passage and approval.
