ANSAS
SECTION 1. That from and after the passage and approval of this
ordinance no person, firm, or corporation shall haul any garbage, trash,
or rubbish within the City of Little Rock who —does no nun xp
permit from the City Health Department for each vehicle used for such
hauling.
SECTION 2. (A) Vehicles used to haul trash or rubbish shall have
a bed of tight construction to prevent the contents thereof from sift-
ing or fa.-Iling from the vehicle, and must have a canvas cover for said
vehi ale .
(B) Vehicles used to haul garbage shall have a water
tight metal bed with a metal or canvas top therefor.
SECTION 3. Vehicles, while engaged in hauling garbage, trash, or
rubbish shall be covered at all times except when actually loading or,
SECTION 4. The annual inspection fee -for oach vehicle shall be
as follows: (a) --:,Trash or-,,,,rubbish haulers, `$$*150 per year per vehicle.
