AN ORDINANCE GRANTING WAIVER OF LOT AREA AND YARD SPACE REQUIREMENTS,
AND GRANTING PERMISSION TO MAINTAIN TWO BUILDINGS ON ONE LOT ON
PROPERTY AT 105 BARTON STREET, LOT 14, BLOCK 1, CAPITOL VIEW ADDITION
TO THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS, AND RECLASSIFYING ALL EXCEPT
THE WEST 701 OF SAID LOT, AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 5420 AS AMENDED, AND
FOR OTHER PURPOSES:
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That Lot 14, Block 1, Capitol View Addition to the
City of Little Rock, Arkansas, being 105 Barton Street, heretofore
classified and zoned as "B" Residence District under the terms of
Zoning Ordinance No. 5420 is hereby granted a waiver of lot area,
yard space requirements, and permission to maintain two buildings on
one lot; and all except the West 701 of said lot is hereby rezoned and
reclassified and the same is hereby declared to be "F" Commercial under
the terms of said Zoning Ordinance.
SECTION 2, That Ordinance No. 5420 and the Zoning Map thereto
attached and made a part thereof, are hereby amended to conform to the
provisions of Section 1 of this ordinance.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force
from and after its passage.
