ORDINANCE NO. 8202
AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING AND WAIVING FRONT AND REAR YARD SPACE
REQUIREMENTS LOT TWELVE (12), BLOCK TWO (2), FERNDALE ADDITION TO
THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS: AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 5420 AS
AMENDED, AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES:
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1, That Lot 12, Block 2, Ferndale Addition to the City
of Little Rock, Arkansas, being 512 Coates Street, heretofore classified
and zoned as "B" Residence District under the terms of Zoning Ordinance
No. 5420, is hereby rezoned and reclassified and the same is hereby de-
clared to be in "C" Two - Family District under the terms of said Zoning
Ordinance, and a waiver of front and rear yard space requirements is
hereby granted.
SECTION 2. That Ordinance No. 5420 and the Zoning Map thereto
attached and made a part thereof, are hereby amended to permit the
reclassification and rezoning of Lot 12, Block 2, Ferndale Addition to
the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, as outlined in Section 1 hereof; said
property to be hereafter known and classified as being in "C" Two Family
District and with front and rear yard space requirements waived as
provided in Section 1 hereof.
SECTION 3. That this ordinance shall take effect and be in
force from and after its passage.
