AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE BOARD OF PUBLIC
AFFAIRS TO ADVERTISE, FOR BIDS AND FOR OTHER
HAND TOOLS AND NAILS
PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINEED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. The Boards of Public Affairs is hereby
authorized and directed to advertise, take bids for, and purchase
miscellaneous hand tools and nails for use in the Street
Department of the City of Little Rock.
SECTION 2. All ordinances and parts of ordinances in
conflict herewith are hereby repealed, and this ordinance shall
be in full force and effect from and after its passage and
approval.
