AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE BOARD OF
PUBLIC AFFAIRS TO ADVERTISE, TAKE BIDS FOR, AND PUR-
CHASE AN ASPHALT ROLLER FOR USE IN THE STREET DEPART -
MENT OF THE PUBLIC WORKS DEPARTMENT OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. The Board of Public Affairs is hereby
authorized and directed to advertise, take bids for, and pur-
chase one (1) Asphalt Roller for use in the Street Department
of the Public Works Department of the City of Little Rock.
The cost of such Asphalt Roller shall not exceed the sum of
$6,000.00.
SECTION 2. All ordinances and parts of ordinances inion-
flict herewith are hereby repealed, and this ordinance shall
be in full force and effect from and after its passage and
approval.
