ORDINANCE NO. 8235
AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING THE SUM OF $440.00 FRO14 THE GEN-
ERAL FUND OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK TO BE PAID TO ERHART#
EICHENBAUM AND RAUCH FOR ARCHITECTURAL SERVICES ON REST
ROOMS AT THE MUNICIPAL AIRPORT; APPROPRIATING THESUM OF
$60225.00 TO BE PAID TO M. 0. BRANTON CONSTRUCTION COMPANY
FOR CONSTRUCTIONI WORK ON SAID RESTROOMS, AND FOB? OTHER PUR-
POSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. There is hereby appropriated fron the general
fund of the City of Little Rock the sum of $440.00, to be paid to
Erhart, Eichenbaum and Rauch for architectural services on the
rest rooms at the Municipal Airport.
SECTION 2. There is hereby appropriated fror;, the general
fund of the City of Little Rock the sum of $6,225.00 to be paid to
M. 0. Branton Construction Company for construction work on the
rest rooms at the Municipal Airport.
SECTION 3. The proper city officials are hereby authorized
and directed to execute such instruments as may be necessary in
order to carry out the provisions of this ordinance.
SECTION 4. All ordinances and parts of ordinances in con-
flict herewith are hereby repealed, and this ordinance shall be
in full force and effect from and after its passage and approval.
