AN ORDINANCE AMENDING TAT PORTION OF ORDINANCE
No. 7444 EHICH LEVIES AIPRIVILEGE TAX ON ADVERTISING
ON STREET CAR AND BUS CAEDS BY REDUCING THE TAX
FROM $3.75 per car TO $2.00 per car; AND REDUCING
THE TAX FOR ADVERTISING ON STREET VEHICLES OTHER
THAN STREET CARS -AMD BUSES FROM $15.00 to $10.00
PER VEHICLE; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. From and after July 1, 1950, that part of Section
1,(a) of Ordinance No. 7444, reading as follows:
"ADVERTISING:
Street Car and Bus Cards, per card $3.75
Street Vehicles — other than Street
Cars and Buses, per vehicle 15.00
is hereby amended to read as follows:
Street Car and Bus Cards, per card $2.00
Street Vehicles — other than Street
Cars and Buses, per vehicle 10.00
SECTION 2. All ordinances and parts of ordinances in conflict
herewith are hereby repealed, and this ordinance shall be in full force and
effect from and after its passage and approval.
