AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE MAYOR AND
CITY CLERK TO EXECUTE AN EASEMENT DEED GRANTING THE Pulaski Heights
BAPTIST CHURCH FEWISSION TO CONSTRUCT A SEDER LINE
THROUGH AMOPP PARK; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE, ROCK, ARKVS.88:
SECTION 1, That the mayor and city clerk of the city of
Little Rock, Arkansas, are hereby authorized and directed to execute
an easement deed granting the Pulaski Heights Baptist Church permission
to construct a sewer line throughAllsopp Park to serve its church.

SECTION 2. All ordinances and parts of ordinances in conflict
herewith are hereby repealed, and unless the provisions of this ordinance
are placed into effect the health and safety of the citizens will be
adversely affected, therefore an emergency is hereby declared to exist
and this ordiance will be in full force and effect from and after its
passage and approval.
