DISTRICT NO. _ 581 OF THEE CI'i'Y OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
VFH3R :AS, parties claiming to be the owners of more than two-
thirds in assessed value of the real property located within the
territory hereinafter described have filed a petition praying that
an improvement district be established for the purpose hereinafter
set out; and
WHEREAS, after due notice as required by law, the City Council
of the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, has heard all the parties
desiring to be heard, and has ascertained that said petition was
signed by more than two- thirds in assessed value of the owners of
real property within said territory;
NOWY THER:_FO CEP BE IT ORDAINED by the City Council of the C ity
of Little Rock, A rkansas:
Section 1. There is hereby established an improvement
district embracing the following property in the C ity of Little
Rock, Arkansas, to -wit:
Lots 7 to 18, inclusive, Block 7;
All of Block 8;
All of block 9;
Lots 1, 2 and 3, and Lots 7 to 12, inclusive, Block 10;
All in T ountain Park Addition to the City
of Little Rock, Arkansas;
Lots 1, 29 3, 10, 11 and 12, flock 1;
Lots 1, 2 and 3, block 6;
All in SpririSdale Addition to the City
of Little Rock, Arkansas;
Lots 1, 2 and 3 in Normandy, an Addition to the
City of Little Rock, Arkansas;
for the purpose of grading,draining, c urbing, - uttering and paving,
in such a manner and with such materials as the commissioners to
be elected for the said improvement district shall deem to be for
the best interest of said district, the following parts of the fol-
lowing streets in the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, to -wit:
HAVES STRj",-'ET from the north boundary line of
Highway No. 10 (Cantrell Road or q Street) to the
south boundary line of Kavanaugh Boulevard;

GRANT STREET from the north boundary line of
Highway No. 10 (Cantrell Road or 0 Street) to the
south boundary line of havanau--h Boulevard; and
R STRERT from the east boundary line of Hayes Street
to the west boundary line of Pierce Street;
and that the cost thereof., over and above any aid received from
any agency of the federal or city government, be assessed and
charged upon the real property above described, provided the
liability of each lot or tract of land shall be limited to its
assessed benefits.
Said District shall be known as Street Improvement District

are hereby named commissioners, who shall compose the Board of
Improvement for said district.
SECTION 2. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force
from and after its passage.
