BE IT ORDAINED Bti THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CI'T'Y OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS:
S ECTI OU 1. The Board of Public Affairs of the City of
Little Rock is hereby authorized and directed to employ an
architect to prepare plans and specifications for the construction
of a new control tower at the Little Rock Municipal Airport.
SECTION 2. All ordinances and parts of ordinances in con-
flict herewith are hereby repealed, and this ordinance shall be
in full force and effect from and after its passage and approval.
