ORDINANCE NO. 8250 _
AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING LOT TWO (2), BLOCK THREE (3), KIMBALLIS
SOUTH PARK ADDITION TO THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS, AMENDING
ORDINANCE NO. 5420 AS AMENDED, AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES:
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That Lot Two (2), Block Three (3), Kimball's South
Park Addition to the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, being 2705 Gaines
Street, heretofore classified and zoned as "B" Residence District under
the terms of said Zoning Ordinance No. 5420, is hereby rezoned and re-
classified and the same is hereby declared to be in "D" Apartment Dis-
trict under the terms of said Zoning Ordinance.
SECTION 2. That Ordinance No. 5420 and the Zoning Map thereto
attached and made a part thereof, are hereby amended to permit the re-
classification and rezoning of the said Lot Two (2), Block Three (3),
Kimball's South Park Addition to the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, as
outlined in Section 1 hereof, said property to be hereafter known and
classified as being in the "D11 Apartment District,
SECTION 3. That this ordinance shall take effect and be in force
from and after its passage.
