AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING LOTS 3240 AND 6, PORTION WEST ONE -HALF
NORTHWEST, SOUTH EAST SOUTH EAST SECTION 1 TOWNSHIP 1 NORTH RANGE
TWELVE WEST, PATRICK POWERS ADDITION TO THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS, AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 5420 AS MENDED, AND FOR OTHER
PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That Lots 3,4,5, and 6, Portion West 2 Northwest,
South East South East Section 1 Township 1 North Range 12 best, Patrick
Powers Addition to the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, being the Southeast
corner of 8th & Brown Street, heretofore classified and zoned as "B"
Residence District under the terms of Zoning Ordinance No. 5420, is
hereby rezoned and reclassified and the same is hereby declared to be
in "C" Two - Family District, under the terms of said Zoning Ordinance,
SECTION 2. That Ordinance No. 5420 and the Zoning Map thereto
attached and made a part thereof, are hereby amended to permit the re-
classification and rezoning of the said Lots 3,4,5, and 6, Portion West
� Northwest, South East South East Section 1 Township 1 North Range 12
West, Patrick Powers Addition to the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, as
outlined in Section 1 hereof, said property to be hereafter known and
classified as being in the, "C" Two Family District,
SECTION 3. That this ordinance shall take effect and be in force
from and after its passage.
