AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING AND WAIVING FRONT YARD SPACE REQUIREMENTS
LOT 1 AND NORTH ONE -HALF OF 2, BLOCK EIGHT (8), CAPITOL VIEW ADDITION
TO THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS, AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 5420 AS
AMENDED, AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES:
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That Lot 1 and the North 2 of 2, Block S, Capitol
View Addition to the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, being 200 South
Park Street, heretofore classified and zoned as "B" Residence District
under the terms of Zoning Ordinance No. 51,20, is hereby rezoned and
reclassified and the same is hereby declared to be in "C" Two - Family
District under the terms of said Zoning Ordinance, and a waiver of
front yard space requirements is hereby granted.
SECTION 2. That Ordinance 110. 5420 and the Zoning Map thereto
attached and made a part thereof, are hereby amended to permit the re-
classification and rezoning of Lot 1 and the North 2 of 2. Block 8,
Capitol View Addition to the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, as outlined
in Section 1 hereof; said property to be hereafter ?mown and classified
as being in "C" Two - Family District and with front yard space require-
ments waived as provided in Section 1 hereof.
SECTION 3. That this ordinance shall take effect and be in force
from and after its passage.
