AN ORDINANCE ANDING SECTION l OF ORDINANCE
N0. 7861 OF THE CITY OF LITTLE HOCK, ARKANSAS,
BE IT ORDAINED by the City Council of the City of Little
Rock, Arkansas:
SECTION 1. That Section 1 of Ordinance No. 7861 of the
City of Little Rock, Arkansas, be and the same is hereby amended
to read as followss
"Section 1. That the said several lots, blocks and
parcels of real property in said Street Improvement
District No. 573 of the City of Little Rock, Arkansas,
be assessed according to the assessment list for said
Improvement district as the same now remains in the
office of the City Clerk, and that 6 2/3 per centum
(6 2/3 *) of the assessment of benefits of each of
said lots, blocks and parcels of real estate shall
be paid annually on or before the lst day of July,
of-each year, beginning with duly 19 1950, until
the whole of the said local assessment of benefits
shall be paid."
SECTION 2, All ordinances and parts of ordinances in
conflict herewith are hereby repealed, and this ordinance shall
be in full force and effect from and after its passage.
