AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING.THE BOARD OF PUBLIC
AFFAIRS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK TO ADVERTISE, TAKE BIDS FOR,
AND PURCHASE TWO (2) 1,000 - GALLON GASOLINE STORAGE TANKS AND
TWO SUITABLE GASOLINE PUMPS, AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. The Board of Public Affairs is hereby auth-
orized anddirected to advertise, take bids for, and purchase
two (2) 1,000 - gallon gasoline storage tanks and two (2) suit-
able gasoline pumps. One tank and one pump shall be used
at the Material Yard, and one tank and one pump is to be used
by the Fire Station.
SECTION 2. The cost of suoh tanks and pumps shall not
exceed the sum of $490.00.
SECTION 3. All ordinances and parts of ordinances in con-
flict herewith are hereby repealed, and this ordinance shall be
in full force and effect from and after its passage and approval.
