A'"ORDINANCE ACCEPTING A DEED OF DEDICATION OF CERTAIN
PROPERTY EY THE MISSOURI- PACIFIC RAILROAD COMPANY TO
THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, FOR A PUBLIC ROAD AND FOR
OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That the Dedication Deed executed by Guy A.
Thompson, Trustee in Bankruptcy for the Missouri- Pacific Rail-
road Company in which the land described as:
From the intersection of the easterly line of McLean
Street with the northerly line of East 6th Street in
the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, measure north 88
degrees, 50 minutes east along said northerly line of
East Sixth Street 974.9 feet for the point of beginn-
ing; thence north 64 degrees 16 minutes east 38.5 feet;
thence north 1 degree 10 minutes west 427.3 feet; thence
north 49 degrees 1 minute west 36.2 feet; thence north
41 degrees 4 minutes east 50 feet; thence south 49 de-
grees 1 minute east 58.3 feet; thence south 1 degree
10 minutes east 465.5 feet, more or less to a point in
said northerly line of Bast 6th Street; thence westward-
ly 85 feet to point of beginning; containing 25,363
square feet, more or less.
is dedicated to the public for use as a public street, and
the same is hereby accepted and made a part of the public
street system of the City of Little Rock, Arkansas.
SECTION 2. All ordinances and parts of ordinances in
conflict herewith are hereby repealed, and this ordinance shall
be in full force and effect from and after its passage and
approval.
