AN ORDI "iANCE AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE BOARD OF rUBLIC
AFFAIRS TO ADVERTISE, TAKE BIDS FOR, AND PURCHASL
AMMUNITION FOR USE BY THE POLICE DEPARTMENT DURING THE
POLICE TRAINING SCHOOL, AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT :)RDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARK-
ANSAS:
SECTION 1. The Board of Public Affairs is hereby authorized
and directed to advertise, take bids for, and Purchase four (4)
cases of 38- caliber ammunition, and three (3) cases of 12 -gauge
shotgun shells to be used in the training of police personnel
during the police training school.
SECTION 2. The cost of such armiunition shall not exceed the
sum of $500.00.
SECTION 3. All ordinances and parts of ordinances in conflict
herewith are hereby repealed, and this ordinance shall be in full
force and effect from .and after its passage and approval.
