AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING THE SUM OF $70.00 TO PAY THE
EXPENSES OF THE SUPERINTENDENT OF PARKS AND RECREATION
TO THP, SOUTHERN RECREATION CONGRESS IN SHREVEPORT, LOUIS-
IANA, AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS:
SECTIOPi 1. There is hereby appropriated from the general
fund of the (pity of Little Rock the sum of $70.00 to pay the
expenses of the Superintendent of Parks and Recreation to the
Southern Recreation Congress in Shreveport, Louisiana fror.:
April 12, 1950 to April 16, 1950.
SECTION 2. The proper city officials are hereby authoriz-
ed and directed to execute such instruments as may be necessary
in order to carry out the provisions of this ordinance.
SECTION 3. All ordinances and parts of ordinances in con-
flict herewith are hereby repealed, and this ordinance shall
be in full force and effect from and after its passage and
approval.
