AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING THE ADDITIONAL SUM OF $600.00
FROM THE ROAD AND AUTO FUND TO FAY FOR PURCHASING METAL
POSTS FOR STREET MARKING SIGNS, AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS:
Section 1. There is hereby appropriated from the Road
and Auto Fund of the City of Little Rock the sum of $600.00
to pay for the purchase of metal posts for street marking
signs.
Section 2. This amount is in addition to the $800.00
previously appropriated under the provisions of Ordinance No.
8244 passed March 13, 1950.
Section 3. The proper city officials are hereby auth-
orized and directed to execute such instruments as may be nec-
essary in order to carry out the provisions of this ordinance.
Section 4. All ordinances and parts of ordinances in
conflict herewith are hereby repealed, and this ordinance
shall be in full6rce and effect from and after its passage
and approval.
