AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING THE FUNDS AND AUTHORIZING THE
COUNCIL TO PAY THE FOLLOWING PERSONS AND F'IRYS FOR EXPEN-
SES OF CLEAN-UP, PAINT -UP, FIX -UP CAMPAIGN OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKAN-
SAS.,
SECTION 1. There is hereby appropriated from the general fund
of the city of Little Rock the following amounts to be paid to the
persons and firms as listed below for expenses of Clean -Up, Paint -
Up, Fix -Up Campaign of the City of Little Rock:
Float, City Beautiful, Frank Seymour .. ........................100.00
6 - Bouquets of roses for maids @ $3.00, Riverside Nursery.... 18.00
Mrs. I. C. Harriman, 400 Guest Tea ............................ 50.00
Rent for Tea Room .

SECTION 2. The proper city officials are hereby authorized and
directed to execute such instruments as may be necessary in order to
carry out the provisions of this ordinance.
SECTION 3. All ordinances and parts of ordinances in conflict
herewith are hereby repealed, and this ordinance shall be in full
force and effect from and after its passage and approval.
