AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING THE SUM OF 01,000.00 TO BE PAID TO
MAN IE SCHUMAN FOR CERTAIN PROPERTIES WITHIN THE CITY OF LITTLE
ROCK, AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LIT TIE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. There is hereby appropriated from the general fund
of the City of Little Rock the sum of $10000.00 to be paid to Manie
Schuman for all of his right, title and interest in and to Lots
One, Two and Three, Block Twenty- three, Capitol Hill Extension, an
addition to the City of Little Rock, Arkansas.
SECTION 2. The proper city officials are hereby authorized and
directed to execute such instruments as may be necessary in order to
carry out the provisions of this ordinance.
SECTION 3. All ordinances and parts of ordinances in conflict
herewith are hereby repealed, and this Qrdinance shall be in full
force and effect from and after its passage and approval.
