8273Mfr M DINANCE NO. 8273 AN ORDINANCE R?CLASSIFYING AND WAIVING FRONT AND REAR YARD SPACE REQUIH"-'E11,7S LOT T14ELVE (12), BLOCK 0 "?E (1), LANDRETH & COX ADDITION TO THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS: AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 5420 AS A1CI.17D ED, AND FOR CIPHER PURPOSES: BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS: SECTION 1. That Lot 12, Block 1, Landreth & Cox Addition to the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, being 2618 Abigail Street, heretofore classified and zoned as "B" Residence District under the terms of Zoning Ordinance No. 5420, is hereby rezoned and reclassified and the same is hereb_T declared to be in "F" Commercial District under the terms of said Zoning Ordinance, and a waiver of front and rear yard space requirements is hereby granted. SECTION 2. That Ordinance No. 5420 and the Zoning Map thereto attached and made a part thereof, are hereby amended to permit the reclassification.and rezoning of Lot 12, Block 1, Landreth & Cox Addition to the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, as outlined in Section 1 hereof; said property to be hereafter known and classified as being in "F" Commercial District and with front and rear yard space requirements waived as provided in Section 1 hereof.
