AN ORDINANCE REsCLAS- IFYING LOT 1 AND SO TI'H 44.5 FEAT OF LOTS 2 AND 3,
BLOCK 1, RIFFEL & HOLDER'S ADDITION TO THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS,
AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 5120 AS AMENDED, AND FOR OTHER PURPOSFS.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE, CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKAIv'SAS:
SECTION 1. That Lot 1 and the South 44.5 feet of Lots 2 and 3,
Block 1, Riffel & Holder's Addition to the City of Little Rock, Arl�ansas,
being 2800 Lewis Street, heretofore classified and zoned as "B" Fesidence
District under the terms of Zoning Ordinance No. 5420, is hereby rezoned
and reclassified and the same is hereby declared to be in "F" Commercial
District under the terms of said Zoning Ordinance.
SECTION 2. That Ordinance No. 5420 and the Zoning Mazy thereto
attached and made a part thereof, are hereby amended to permit the re-
classification and rezoning of the said Lot 1 and the South 44.5 feet of
Lots 2 and 3, Block 1, Riffel & Holder's Addition to the City of Little Zek,
Arkansas, as outlined in Section 1 hereof, said property to be hereafter
known and classified as being in the "F" Commercial District.
SECTION 3. That this ordinance shall take effect and be in force
from and after its passage.
