AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING LOT 1 AND SOUTH 35 FEET OF LOT 2,
BLOCK 2009 ORIGINAL CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS, AMENDING
ORDINANCE NO. 5420 AS AMENDED, AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES:
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That Lot 1 and the South 351 of Lot 2, Block 200,
Original City of Little Rock, Arkansas, being the Southeast corner
of 14th & Broadway Streets, heretofore classified and zoned as
"D" Apartment District under the terms of Zoning Ordinance No.
5420, is hereby res_oned and reclassified and the same is hereby
declared to be in Commercial "F" District under the terms of said
Zoning Ordinance.
SECTION 2. That Ordinance No. 5420 and the Zoning Map there-
to attached and made a part thereof, are hereby amended to permit
the reclassification and rezoning of the said Lot 1 and the South
351 of Lot 2, Block 200, Original City of Little Rock, Arkansas,
as outlined in Section 1 hereof, said property to be hereafter
known and classified as being in the Commercial "F" District, and
permit is hereby granted for the re- construction of a gasoline
service station on said property .
SECTION 3. That this ordinance shall take effect and be in
force from and after its passage.
