AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING LOT ELEV',N (11), BLOCK THIRTY -TWO (32),
MASONIC ADDITION TO THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS, AMENDING
ORDINANCE NO. 5420 AS AMENDED, AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES:
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF 71FE, CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That Lot 11, Block 32, Masonic Addition to the City
of Little Rock, Arkansas, being 1615 Welch Street, heretofore classified
and zoned as "B" Residence District under the terms of Zoning Ordinance
No. 5420, is hereby rezoned and reclassified and the same is hereby de-
clared to be in "H" Business District under the terms of said Zoning
Ordinance.
SECTION 2. That Ordinance No. 5420 and the Zoning Map thereto
attached and made a part thereof, are hereby amended to permit the re-
classification and rezoning of the said Lot 11, Block 32, Masonic Addition
to the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, as outlined in Section 1 hereof,
said property to be hereafter known and classified as being in the "H"
Business District.
SECTION 3. That this ordinance shall take effect and be in force
from and after its passage.
