ORM NANCE NO. 8279
AN ORDINANCE GRANTING WAIVER OF FRONT AND REAR YARD SPACE REQUIR34ENTS,
AND GRANTING PERMISSION TO MAINTAIN T'JO BUILDINGS ON ONE LOT ON
PROPERTY AT 2600 WOLFE STREET, AMENDING ORDINANCE 110. 5420 AS AMENDED,
AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That the front and rear yard space requirements and tYe
requirement that only one building may be erected on one lot as established
by Ordinance No. 5420 as it affects property at 2600 Wolfe Street, described
as Lot 12 and the North 15' of Lot 11, Block 8, McCart1j s Addition to the
City of Little Rock, Arkansas are hereby waived.
SECTION 2. Ordinance No. 51,.20 and the zoning map attached thereto
and made a part thereof are hereby amended to conform to the provisions of
Section 1 of this ordinance.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force from and
after its passage.
