8280ORDINANCE NO. 8280 �v AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING AND WAIVING REAR YARD SPACE REOUIRE1%ETTS, AND GRANTING PERMISSION TO REPLAT PROPERTY LOCATED AT 2105 WEST 2nd STREET, AME14DING ORDINANCE NO. 5420 AS A1,1ENDED, AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS: SECTION 1. That Lots 11 and 12, Block 3, Plunkett's Second Addition to the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, being 2105 West 2nd Street, hereto- fore non - conforming and classified and zoned as "B" Residence District under the terms of Zoning Ordinance No. 5420, is hereby rezoned and re- classified and the same is hereb.7 declared to be in "D" Apartment District under the terms of said Zoning Ordinance, and a waiver of rear yard space requirements is hereby granted. SECTION 2. That Lots 10, 11, and 12, Block 3, Plunkett's Second Addition to the City of Little Rock, Arkansas are hereby replatted so as to permit construction of a single family residence over an existing four -car garage which is located on Lot 10. SECTION 3. Ordinance No. 5420 and the zoning map attached thereto and made a part thereof are hereby amended to conform to the provisions of Sections 1 and 2 of this ordinance. SECTION Q.
