NO. 5420 AS AM]NDED, AND FOR OTHER I'JRPOSES .
BE IT O LDAINcM BY ?'HE CITY COMCIL OF TLIE CITY OF LITTER ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That Lot 11, Block 4, Union Depot Addition to the
City of Little Rock, Arkansas , being 107 South Summit Street, heretofore
classified and zoned as "B" Residence District under the terms of Zoning
Ordinance No. 5420, is hereby rezoned and reclassified and the same is
hereby declared to be in "C" Two - Family District under the terms of said
Zoning Ordinance.
SECTION 2. That Ordinance No. 5420 and the Zoning MnP thereto
attached and made a Part thereof, are hereby amended to Permit the re-
classification end rezoning of the said Lot 11, Block 4, Union Depot
Addition to the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, as outlined in Section 1
hereof, said property to be he-eafter known and classified as being in
the "C" Two Family District.
SECTION 3. That this ordinance shall take effect and be in
force from and after its Passa-e.
