BOARD OF PUBLIC AFFAIRS TO ADVERTISE TAKE
BIDS FOR AND PURCR��ION ONE PATROL PATROL
AND TO SELL OR T
GRADER: AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That jh* Board of Public Affairs is hereby
authorized and directed to adverties, take bids for and rent
with option to purchase one Patrol Grader for use in the Street
Department of the City of Little Rock, Arkansas.
Section 2. That the Board of Public Affairs is hereby
authorized and directed to trade -in one used Caterpiller
patrol Grader Model 11 to be applied upon the purchase price
of the item authorized by Section 1 hereof.
SECTION 3. The total price to be paid for this grader
shall not exceed the sum of $12!000.00.
