ORDINANCE NO. 8291
AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING THE SUPS OF $120.90 TO BE
PAID TO KERN- LIMERICK COMPANY FOR MATERIALS USED IN
THE DEVELOPM_TT OF THE RIVER FRONT PARK, AND FOR OTHER
PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDATYED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKAN SAS :
SECTION 1. There is hereby appropriated the sum of
$120.90 to be paid to Kern - Limerick Company for materials
used in the development of the River Front Park under the super-
vision of the City Beautiful Commission. This amount shall be
paid from the appropriation set up in the 1950 budget for City
Beautiful Commission activities and projects.
SECTIODi 2. The proper city officials are hereby author-
ized and directed to execute such instruments as may be nec-
essary in order to carry out the provisions of this ordinance.
SECTION 3. All ordinances and parts of ordinances in
conflict herewith are hereby repealed, and this ordinance shall
be in full force and effect from and after its passage and
approval.
