ORDINANCE NO. 8323
AN ORDINANCE ABOLISHING THE POSITION OF CHEMIST AT
THE J. CURRAN CONWAY MUNICIPAL SWIMMING POOL, CREAT-
ING THE POSITION OF FILTER ROOM TECHNICIAN, FIXING
THE SALARY THEREFOR,AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY- GOUNCIL OF THE CITY OF._
ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. The position of Chemist at the J. Curran
Conway Municipal Swimming Pool is hereby abolished.
SECTION 1, The position of Filter Room Technician
at the J. Curran Conway Municipal Swimdng pool is hereby
created.
SECTION J-. The person selected to fill the position
created in Section 2 hereof shall be chosen by the Civil
Service Commission in the manner provided by law, and shall
receive a monthly salary of $100.00.
SECTION 4. Ordinance No. 8296 is hereby amended to
conform to the provisions of this ordinance . All ordin-
ances and parts of ordinances in conflict herewith are
hereby repealed, and this ordinance shall be in full force
and affect from and after its passage and approval,
