AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING $39,778.91 FROM THE PARK CONSTRUCTION
FUND, AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS:

:SECTION 1. That the sum of $3,778.91 be, and the same
is hereby appropriated out of the Park Construction Fund of the
City of Little Rock, for the payment of the following bills:
PARK CONSTRUCTION FUND:
Bruce R. Anderson $ 90.00
Big Rock Stone & Material Company 196.62
Choctaw, Inc. 115.09
L. H. Knight Company 3,375.00
Little Rock District Corps of Engineers 2.20
TOTAL.. ......................$3s778.91
and the Mayor and the City Clerk are hereby authorized to issue
the City's warrants to the parties named, in the amounts mentioned,
said warrants being drawn against the Fund noted,
SECTION 2. That this ordinance shall take effect and be
in force from and after its passage and approval.
