ORDINANCE NO. 8328
AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE BOARD OF
PUBLIC AFFAIRS TO ADVERTISE, TAKE BIDS FOR, AND PUR-
CHASE CERTAIN ITEMS FOR USE BY THE MUNICIPAL Z00$
AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE
ROCK, ARKkNSAS:
SECTION 1. The Board of Public Affairs is hereby
authorized and directed to advertise, take bids for, and
purchase the following items for use by the Municipal Zoo:
1 Pressure Sprayer with Gasoline Motor, not to exceed
$325.00
15 Park Benches, not to exceed $125.00.
SECTION 2. All ordinances and parts of ordinances in
conflict herewith are hereby repealed, and this ordinance
shall be in full force and effect from and after its pass-
age and approval.
