AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE BOARD OF
PUBLIC AFFAIRS TO ADVERTISE, TAKE BIDS FOR, AND PUR-
CHASE ONE (1) one -half ton TRUCK FOR USE BY THE
STREET DEPARTMENT OF
THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, AN OR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. The Board of Public Affairs is hereby auth-
orized and directed to advertise, take bids for, and purchase

one (1) one -half ton truck for use by the Street Department
of the City of Little Rock.
The cost of such truck, with trade -in allowance of one used
Dodge truck, shall not exceed the sum of $1,300.00.
SECTION 2. All ordinances and parts of ordinances in
conflict herewith are hereby repealed, and this ordinance
Shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage
and approval.
