ORDINANCE No. 8330
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 8231 PASSED
FEBRUARY 27, 1950 BY INCREASING THE AMOUNT THAT MAY
BE EXPENDED FOR THE PURCHASE OF A CENTER LINE PAINT
STRIPING MACHINE TO THE SUM OF 41,200.00, AND FOR
OTHER PURPOSES.
BE :IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE
ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That Ordinance No. 8231 passed February
27, 1950 authorizing the purchase of a Center Line Paint
Striping Machine is hereby amended by increasing the amount
authorized therein to the sum of $10200.00.
SECTION 2. All ordinances and parts of ordinances
in conflict herewith are hereby repealed, and this ordin-
ance shall be in full force and effect from and after its
passage and approval.
