1� r i SIDE OF RAHLING ROAD BETWEEN KIRK ROAD AND
5 PEBBLE BEACH DRIVE (LU12- 19 -01); AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES;

7 WHEREAS, the Little Rock Planning Commission has reviewed the package of suggested changes
8 and now recommends them for adoption;
9 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY
10 OF LITTLE ROCK:
11 Section 1. Part of the SE 1/4 NW 1 A of T2N R13 W Sec. 30, at the southeast corner of Pebble Beach
12 Drive and Rahling Road, the Land Use Plan is changed from Residential Low Density to Park/Open
13 Space.
14 Section 2. Part of the NE 1 A S W 1 A and SE 1 A N W 1 A of T2N R13W Sec. 30 along the east side of
15 Rahling Road south of the PK /OS in Section 1 and generally to the east of the Neighborhood Commercial
16 stated in Section 3 and partially abutting the extension of Beckenham Drive on the north side of said
17 extension, the Land Use Plan is changed from Residential Low Density to Office.
18 Section 3. Part of the SWIA of T2N R13W Sec. 30 along the east side of Rahling Road for
19 approximately 2,200 feet south of the Office stated in Section 2 for a depth that ranges between 400 and
20 600 feet perpendicular to Rahling Road, the Land Use Plan is changed from Residential Low Density and
21 Residential Medium Density to Neighborhood Commercial.
22 Section 4. Part of the S W 1 A of T2N RI 3 W Sec. 30 and N W 1 A of T2N RI 3 W Sec. 31 along the east
23 side of Rahling Road to the south and east of the Neighborhood Commercial stated in Section 3, the Land
24 Use Plan is changed from Residential Low Density to Residential Medium Density
25 Section 5. Part of the SW I /4 of T2N R13W Sec. 30 and N W 1 A of T2N R13W Sec. 31 commencing
26 at the west line of the N W 1 A of Section 31 and to the east and north east along Rahling Road, the Land
27 Use Plan is changed from Residential Low Density and Residential Medium Density to Park Open Space.
28 Section 6. Part of the NWIA of T2N R13W Sec. 31 generally east of Rahling Road south of the
29 Park/Open Space stated in Section 5, the Land Use Plan is changed from Residential Medium Density to
30 Residential Low Density.
31 Section 7. Severability. In the event any title, section, paragraph, item, sentence, clause, phrase, or
32 word of this ordinance is declared or adjudged to be invalid or unconstitutional, such declaration or
33 adjudication shall not affect the remaining portions of the ordinance which shall remain in full force and

effect as if the portion so declared or adjudged invalid or unconstitutional were not originally a part of the
ordinance.
Section 8. Repealer. All laws, ordinances, resolutions, or parts of the same that are inconsistent
with the provisions of this ordinance are hereby repealed to the extent of such inconsistency.
