SECTION 1. The position of Clerk- Stenographer in the Electric
Department of the City of Little Rock is herebtT abolished.
SECTI:,T 2. Effective August 1, 1 950, the position of Secretary

is hereby created -viithin the Electric Departr,ient of the City of
Little Rock. The person to fill such position shall be selected by
the Civil Service Commission in the manner provided by lave, and
shall receive such salary as do other secretaries of the City of
Little Rock.
SCCTIOIT 3. All ordinances and parts of ordinances in conflict
herewith are hereby repealed, and this ordinance shall be in full
force and effect fron and after its passage and apgoval.
