AN ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING STREET IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT NO. 585
OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
WHEREAS, Parties claiming to be the owners of two - thirds
-of the property located within the territory

WHEREAS, after due notice as required by law, the City
Council of the City of Little Rock has heard all parties desiring
to be heard and has ascertained that said Petition was signed by
two - thirds in assessed value of the owners of real property within
said territory:
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF LITTLE ROCK:
Section 1. There is hereby established an improvement
district embracing the following described property:
Commencing at the northeast corner of Lot 7, Block 10,
Braddockfs Boulevard Addition to the City of Little Rock,
and running thence West to the northeast corner of Lot 6,
Block 10; thence north to the northeast corner of Lot 1,
Block 10; thence West to the northwest corner of Lot 12,
Block 11; thence South to the northwest corner of Lot 8,
Block 11; thence West to the northwest corner of Lot 5,
Block 11; thence South to the southwest corner of Lot 1,
Block 14; thence East to the southwest corner of Lot 12,
Block 14; thence South to the southwest corner of Lot 7,
Block 14; thence East to the southeast corner of Lot 6,
Block 15; thence North to the southeast corner of Lot 1,
Block 15; thence East to the southeast corner of Lot 12,
Block 15; thence North to the point of beginning, all of
said lots and blocks aforesaid being in Braddock's Boulevard
Addition to the City of Little Rock,
for the purpose of hard- surfacing those portions of Bishop Street
and West 26th Street which are within the boundary lines of the
property hereinabove specifically described, in the manner and of
the materials which the Commissioners of the District shall deem
for the best interest of the District.
Said District shall be known as Street Improvement District
No. 585, and Knight Pegfim, Harry H. Kerr and B. F. Worden are

hereby named Commissioners who shall compose the Board of Improve-
ment for said District.
Section 2. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force
from and after its passage.
